Come, leaf of grape, come,
sky so blue, by instinct meld
into one, not two.

!
Just passing by and i saw your entry it was really lovely.
never grow tired of the ways of leaves, their changing perspective from green full of life to a pale vibrant shade of yellow, to the tender brown of one’s own end…
It is interesting…happy MYM!
Such a beautiful shape and colour!
lovely haiku… ostensibly different yet from the same energy source…
Thanks for sharing your art.
Here and our blogs as well…
Have a great week ahead!
Lovely piece, awaiting the beauties of nature.
interesting idea for meld and your Haiku it worked well together as nature always does.
The grapes have long been harvested, yet this single leaf is quite lovely as is your haiku.
Haiku and picture in perfect harmony. Loved them.
The grape leaf is my all-time favorite leaf.
I really like this shot. Mellow yellow, indeed!

lovely!
Ode to Yellow
Vibrant color of the sun
Brighter still than beige or dun,
Varied, brilliant, bright and bold
Lends its radiance to gold.
Flower’s most majestic hue
Often found in fruits, it’s true,
And autumn leaves seen down the lane
Or arcs that follow spring-time rain.
Then sunset fades to darkest night
But morning casts a xanthic light
On bikini girls who swim and run:
Perhaps that’s why blonds have more fun.
