Ooooooo! A sense of mystical tragedy haunts these beautiful lines!
I am dying of thirst, surely one sip will not kill me.
beautiful but deadly, The Chinese have a saying, road side flower do not pick.
I sincerely hope your muse will never die – I think your photography and writings are very special. No poison please.
No poison, promise! Just the usual human descent into oblivion…
Another lovely set…:)Thank you for sharing…:)
Thoughtful… lovely image
Beautiful haiku

I enjoyed all your haiku in this challenge
Thanks a lot
You have a mind loaded with words of wisdom.
I don’t think so! You seem to be inspired particularly by desert scenes–perhaps if you were to live a comfortable California life your muse would wither away
But why should anyone die.. indeed… you are having a wonderful journey.. RS:)
This is really a wonderful haiku MMT. It was for sure a pleasure to walk this journey with you. Hope we will stay in touch through the Internet. For sure I will visit your weblog again.
Namaste
You are one magical woman!
It was pleasure being with you on this journey
Thank you for visiting and encouraging me throughout.
Good wishes
Hopefully you will both live for a long time!
I hope both of you will continue to enrapt us with your words ~
Thanks for all your kind words in my blog ~
See you ~
So pretty .. like coral and stone ..
I’ve often had the thought while working on a poem that either me or the muse is not gonna make it out alive, but that’s only because I’d like to strangle her on occasion. But like most, I’d be lost without her. Very nicely done!
Both of you may live!
You’re the optimist, I’m the pessimist!
You could say that I am, yes, haha.
Nice photo! Thanks for stopping by!
Nice shot, excellent framing, nice macro.
Wonderful capture! I hope the two of you continue to journey on together .
love the picture
though sad it my sound, the haiku is wonderful
very beautiful! i never saw this
I hope neither die or withers like a spent flower.
So it goes. I suppose we know this when we start out. The trick is to not be troubled by the fact!
It’s always fun to see what you will come up with each week – you’re always full of surprises!
