Nope, not kidding at all. There are openings for special education teachers “out there,” and I intend to move into one!
I wish you the best of luck! As the mother of three special needs sons, the teachers who are qualified in both education and of heart to educate these wonderful children are few and far between. Far too often the wrong people are given the job. So I wish you the best of luck. It takes a very special educator to recognize that A) this is what they want to do and B) go after it and do it. Your future students will be very lucky to have you.

I’m just wondering what you had in mind when you talked about being careful with my personal information? Teachers can’t really keep anything back from school districts. It’s as if we stand naked before them!
