Fickle weather has been our bane in the northeast, too……I’d like to actually see some shadows, and not just in my dreams! Nice image…
I love the contrast of the beautiful grand structure and nature; it’s as if the tree is almost reaching out to protect the building. Great haiku!

It is overcast here today, like your photo depicts. My backdrop is newer, but I’m having to work hard not to hole up with a book.
