  1. Beautifully woven words !!!

  2. This one makes me a little sad. I wish a mischievous little meadow nymph would unlatch the door of the cage and let the bird fly free.

  3. Oh.. I think the garden was ruined by the sadness of the bird perhaps. No one likes to be caged, and seeing the lush meadow, the bird would definitely sing, of its dreams to fly free over it.

  4. So near and yet so far!! I enjoyed this very much!

  5. Wonderfully composed haiku … good balance painting a nice image.

  6. I hear an echo with this one. It reminds me of something I can’t quite catch. It’s beautiful, especially the last line “still the caged bird sings”

  7. “still the caged bird sings ” oh !let her be free … good one

  8. Optimistic little pair of wings. She’s going to sing her way to freedom.

  9. Oh… the melancholy well depicted…
Last line is the soul of your Haiku…

  10. When the caged bird no longer sings, there is no longer hope.
