That is so amazing…what a great composition. And to see the muted background such as it is, makes this image so very artful.

Your haiku is a much needed reminder for how to maintain our equilibrium in a chaotic world. And stay as strong as this fungus growing in an inhospitable place. Then again, maybe I’m overanalyzing today–could be just a fungus!
