Mary is indeed evident in the cemeteries down here in the Southwest. Great shot! The words scream at me to remind us that the Mother of God will harbor us forever.

I so agree with you. This cemetery image took my breath away! How different it is from our local cemeteries, so much more beautiful.
Cemeteries are places I visit when traveling because I find them sacred spaces as you obviously do. Great photo and haiku.
Interesting that all the other resting places are white and this one has a coat of coral paint. Such a color blast!

I am always astonished by the drama of a Mexican cemetery whether here or in Mexico. They are each like little shrines to the interred one; a place to sit and visit for a while.
