It feels sad sometimes for the absence of the King of the Jungle … who is to be blamed?
Love the shadows.
Perfect picture and just right for the haiku.
The wash leaves the appearance of mountains on each side, with the dark of shadow offset bu the solar lighting. So it is not so foreboding…unless the big cats do indeed show up on our pathway anyhow…

Prowling shadows – love the imagery. There is so much texture and color to see in this shot.
Sad about the lions, but the blush remains.
