Darling, scarlet ladybug,
On the prowl for bugs and such,
If I met you on the rug,
I would not be frightened (much).

  4. I had to look twice at the first one before I saw the helmet.
    We Call them Mary hen or Mary fly fly, and I never forget to say a wish if I can make it fly from my hand.
    Never even thought of being scared of a bug bringing charm.From Felisol

    • if you were a bug on a rug you would be scared of the lady bug because they eat bugs. theya re one of the best organic pestisides. i am pretty sure that is what they were saying

    Mrs. Jim and I are both retired from education and surely aren’t rich but are fairly secure. Our biggest fiend is the cost of living, our retirements are fixed unless the legislature helps us out.

  22. I would be scared if I came across THAT ladybug. I can’t imagine my daughter coming across it, she is scared of life sized bugs.
