Shadow Shot Sunday: Variations

Cruel

Coyote whispered,
“Cruel is the shadow-knife
slicing into stone.”

Table

A table laden—
this stone crisscrossed with shadows
ripe enough to eat.

  1. What interesting patterns the branches created on the stone and soil. Nice shot.

  2. Great shot. I love the organic twisted shapes and shadows left by the branches and the golden light.

  3. you have two entries…
I wouldn’t like to eat a shadow…but the picture is cool.
    Happy SS Sunday from Cairo!
