O my goodness, O my dear!
Look at what is drawing near!
It’s a candy-bearing bum—
Maybe he will give us some!

  4. CAndy bearing bum? That’s me, though when it comes to candy I don’t share so I wouldn’t be giving it away 😀

    • magicalmysticalteacher

Why, Joanne, you bum you! 🙂 (Are you SURE you’re a bum? Most bums wouldn’t bother to visit blogs!)

    • magicalmysticalteacher

From the kids’ perspective, I’m sure it was the candy that made the parade memorable! Thanks for your visit, Rachel. 🙂

This was a rather small parade, which just goes to show that it doesn’t take a huge spectacle to help children have fun! Thanks so much for visiting, Kay!

  16. I see some one walking with a banner. Is it a protest march.

    • magicalmysticalteacher

No, no! It was a homecoming parade! No one was protesting anything, Ann! Everyone was civil and everyone was having a good time. 🙂
