  1. Water and sky in the frame – great shot! Thanks for sharing with PicStory 🙂

  2. Your poem is poignant and all the more meaningful in its brevity. I like how the arch and pillars seem to frame the people as well as the water and sky.

  3. A solemn place, and solemn faces.
    Thanks for coming by.

  4. Beautiful and sad .

  5. If you only scroll down enough to see the window and the sky, this looks like a modern sculpture. Then when you continue to scroll and the people rise into view, there is suddenly COLOR!

  6. a hard place to visit…powerful. I was there many years ago.

  7. A place to remember.

  8. I have been there twice, it is a place that generates great emotion.

  9. Indeed, a somber sky at Pearl Harbor!

  10. Amazing shot. Thanks for the cool poem on my blog!

  11. Skønt billede af himmel og hav.. 🙂

  13. Interesting place to visit, nice pic!

  14. Nice pic, and words to go with it, you’ve captured a somber attitude.

The USS Arizona is on my bucket list.

  15. A ver well framed shot of the sky! I was supposed to be in Honolulu and Pearly Harbour in May, but our plans got side tracked! I hope to make it there some time soon :o)

  16. People, water and a sky ! nice combination !

  17. A solemn moment in time. A place to stop and pay tribute to those that gave their lives. Exceptional haiku. Have a nice weekend. Mickie 😉

  18. Beautiful composition. Like it!
