Advent: Day 22


The voice of the LORD shakes the wilderness, the LORD shakes the wilderness of Kadesh. The voice of the LORD makes the oaks to whirl, and strips the forests bare; and in his temple all cry, “Glory!”

Shake the wilderness
with Your mighty voice, Lord God—

  6. i look at your photograph and wish instantly for the people of our world to strip their hearts down to all that really matters. i read your haiku and know you are singing out at the power and glory of god and i think of all the moments we too can touch the greatness of choosing love and mindfulness in each new moment.

      I think you’re right, Charles. The only problem is that the cost of four-color photography would be prohibitive. Oh, well…
