  1. nice. I pray that prayer exactly that way…”Leave me not in temptation.” I don’t think that God leads us into temptation…I think it’s just the human condition. (Not to get all theological on you).

  2. The Lord’s prayer. This was the first thing I thought of too !
Yet the reason for temptation of the material world is the loss of spiritual contentment.

  3. I would rather not to be lead into it…its hard to get out of there ~

  4. Love it 🙂 If only it would work that way. Enjoyed this haiku.

  5. fun haiku ~ delightful ~ thanks, namaste, ^_^

  6. Nonsense

    naughty girl

  7. Class apart, unique thought!

  8. Wow, u said it!!! Amazing words…

Rosy lips of temptation – A Haiku

  9. It takes much more strength to walk OUT of temptation than to walk IN. I like this poem!

  10. “Give me chastity and continence, but not yet.” – St. Augustine

Actually, I wrote about temptation twice, but I simply ran out of time to do six or a dozen, although it was tempting! 🙂
