Three Islands

Haiku Heights

She hides from strangers
on her own private island—
dolphins sing to her.

~~~ ~~~ ~~~
As a farewell gift,
she gave him a small island
swimming through the stars.
If people are shocked
that I own seven islands,
what is that to me?
