  1. Great photo! Lovely to see!
I wish you a great day!

  2. wonderful sky! love the colors 🙂

  3. I’m actually enjoying winter, but definitely LOVE hints of spring. And very much enjoyed your shepherds post as well. Lovely! Especially since I was working on a fun post for Christmas Eve that goes wonderfully with it. 🙂 Christmas blessings to you! 🙂

  4. Wonderful photo! Have a nice weekend and christmas days!

  5. I love the line “foreshadowing showers.” Well done here.

  6. Such a grand parade of cloud and light over the darkened desert scene!

  7. Nice photo mmt … colorful skies promising that Spring will come … soon the plum will bloom. Nice haiku.

  8. How richly you plum the English language! I just loved ‘ripening’ and ‘foreshadowing’

  9. The photo is not too shabby either. I’m a bit jealous of your ‘big sky.’

  10. Loving that gorgeous sky!

  11. Such a beautiful view!

  12. A fabulous capture. Wishing you all the joys that come with the “real reason for the season”.

  13. beautiful w/ just a strand of fence. 🙂

  14. Foreshadowing showers of early plum blossoms…delightful, thank you 🙂

  15. Another powerful haiku together with a spectacular image.

  16. Lovely images in haiku and photo ~ (A Creative Harbor ~ aka ~ ArtMuseDog and Carol ^_^)

  17. Love the title…foreshadowing….telling of things to be kind of like the Ghost of Christmas Yet to Come in Scrooge….the fence is broken and unattended….clouds on the horizon….yet, there is still a ray of sunshine left in the sky….if someone would come and tend the barren land…what is foreshadowed could be changed. Or maybe I’ve watched a Christmas Carol too many times….Merry Christmas!

  18. Like the composition and the single fence post. It has also a little dark future image inside but still a pleasant picture with a nice text.

  19. I love the hint of fencing in that wide open space.

  20. Beautiful desert sunset and a lovely haiku!

  21. I think the cows escaped!

  22. will it smell as good as the taste of plums?

  23. Very nice words to a beautiful picture.

  24. Very evocative photo. Promises great change. Happy holidays to you and yours.

  25. I like the idea of these clouds foreshadowing spring’s blossoms.
