  1. I can’t believe your time out is over already. We are still locked in winter with odd spring like days in between. The flowers and blossoming trees are as confused as we are.

This summer went way too fast! My body is already protesting about having to “live by the bell” again! ūüėČ

  2. That’s soon! I hope you have a good school year.

  3. Hubby is a teacher and he goes back on Monday…good luck with another year! Stopping by from 6WS.

  4. Wow! That’s early. Here’s to another great year!

If you think I’m going back early, consider this: My daughter, also a teacher, just finished her SECOND week of school!

  5. Oh that is just a painful 6 words…thankfully we started break later so we don’t go back for another 3 weeks, and that’s not even mandatory. Classes start just after Labour Day.
    Here’s to a great year!

  6. wow – so soon –

  7. Oh My! Ours is a month away. Our kids have only had 5 weeks so far.

  8. Teaching…You call that work?!?

(Just kidding, Teacherman! This former Special Educator empathizes.)

  9. Where are you that puts kids and teachers in school just as summer gets going? Or is it winter where you are? My grandson’s holidays only started a week ago.

  10. Are you happy or sad?
    Dropping by from 6WS.

  11. Good luck with the new year. My 6ws has a similar ring to it…

  12. Don’t even remind me. I can scarcely bear my career, now that they have added so much to my responsibilities and taken support away. Such as instructional aides and pensions, little things like that. I have to focus on the dear children or I’ll go insane.

Wish I could teach with you.

Two years ago, I had the privilege of co-teaching with the 6th-grade teacher across the hall. (I’m in special ed.) It was probably the best year of our careers—and the students’ best year too. Yes, teaching with you would be AWESOME!
