  1. Oh! That took me by surprise. Creates a gloomy picture somehow.

  2. Oh this is sad… but still maybe less sad for the patient.

  3. Could be a slow and painful journey! Sad for the caregiver too, I suspect.

  4. I smiled at this one…I worked with these patients and most are happier in their dimension than we are…

  5. I did not smile for it is worse for those who care for them.

  6. There is sadness here but also serenity.

  7. This could be a good memory, too, so it may not be sad for the patient but just the caretaker.

  8. What a beauty. Alzheimer’s disease isn’t good, but if the patients thoughts are there to India ..

  9. Wow…took me by surprise. Made me wonder if she is really traveling or just in her mind. Have often wondered that about myself ;-O
