At the praying place,
because of my yammering,
Mary prays harder.

  1. nice one, have a good Monday

    much love…

  2. Interesting photograph and a thoughtful haiku. Thank you! The rocks and metal make it look like it is between rocks and a hard place. I am thankful when my yammering causes Mary to pray harder.

  3. Thanks for the reminder that I must take a few peaceful moments at the burning candles to listen quietly. Peace.

  4. Pure delight to read!!!!!!!!!

  5. so right to the point! I think she and her Son must think the same of me. sorry, but I am happy to know that I’m not alone in that quality.

  6. never could resist talking in church,
    suddenly everything was funny…
I wonder if it still is that way.

  7. thank you for your candle on the altar of mary love. may all our yammering include holding the families and landscape of colorado close in our hearts.

  8. Sometimes I feel the very same way, Magic. My stuttering and stammering, looking for just the right words, impede my prayer. Thank goodness, she knows what is in my heart.

  9. what would life be without yammering? great post!
