Sing. Soar. Throw the stones onward with light showing the way.

  3. Song reveals them as gemstones… but you know that…

  4. oh, to sing as I could when I was younger!

  5. I love “singing to the stones”!!

  6. Singing in the shade here. The stones in Guanajuato worthy of song.

  7. I could have sworn there is a similar view in San Miguel de Allende but of course, the beauty of Mexico is that it is beautiful everywhere! Those old stones have been listening for a long time.

Mostly Mexico is beautiful. However, I was dismayed by mountains of trash littering the streets of Guadalajara three years ago, and the little border town of Los Algodones near Yuma, Arizona is more pathetic than beautiful.

  8. Oh I bet those stones have heard some poignant songs over the centuries! I love how the young man’s shirt echoes the color on the roof of the dome! (Love the sway in his step, too) Nice capture!

  9. I do so love this photo and the haiku “sings” very nicely!

  10. Polish those stones with joy of song, have a nice weekend

    Much love…

  11. stories they could tell
oh the songs that they could sing
    secret life of stones

  12. Like this a lot. The photo tells many stories.

  13. each stone likely houses a millennium of song!

  14. ah i could hear the songs ! nice work MMT

  15. I loved the image.. It speaks..!
