  1. Life creates purpose, indeed; have a good week

    Much love…

  2. Great find. Excellent verse. MB

  3. Going to an estate sale in a very fancy house abandoned by the inhabitants gave me the same reaction. Cool desert shot.

  4. The earth slowly takes back the metal that came from it.
In the fourth grade, a classmate stabbed me in the hand with a railroad spike. Amazingly, no bones were broken. I still cringe when I see those items.

  5. One looks like a railroad spike. Nice shot and haiku.

  6. Interesting find.

  7. That metal stake is really large! Unusual cast offs to see along the road.

  8. I wondered about the metal spike too – placed beside the broken cup or is that a jelly mold? – a most unusual pilgrim cast these objects aside.

  9. As the end of one’s life is there … all things ever gathered are no longer useful … what an awesome response on the words of Francis.

  10. Intriguing pieces of someone’s life.

  11. The beauty of cobalt blue remains intact. Isn’t it fun finding blue?

    Happy Blue Monday!

  12. nice shot, its funny what we find out and about.

  13. is that a piece of blue glass

  14. So simple but so meaningful. I love the things you share.

  15. The things she discarded lead to interesting observations:)

Like: What the heck is she doing carrying a spike? Was she trying for her own stigmata?
