  2. We were just in Los Angeles and I noticed that the winter grass hasn’t started growing. A lot later than when I lived there. The recent rains might have helped, if they didn’t wash the hills away.

  9. Looks like you have a winner there with ‘dust clouds ripen’ 🙂 I like that too.
    Almost spooky like the left over ash of a volcanic eruption.
