  2. lovely ~ love the idea of the teacup chip absorbing the light ~

    Happy weekend to you,
    artmusedog and carol

  3. I love this pattern of dishware. There is a lot of sun to be absorbed in your neck of the woods. Mine came from a “Happy Light” this morning.

  4. tiny lovely light catcher!

  5. This “Blue Willow” shard and haiku reflects afternoon teas and conversations lost to the desert winds…

  6. Oh wow, what a contrast. Wonderful!

  8. One of the best reasons to love the desert; it holds so many secrets just waiting to be discovered.

  9. My heart is full knowing possible stories your photograph holds. Perhaps I am in one of them. LOVE this.

  10. Lovely, lovely

    Much love…

  11. Did a Dutchman visit your desert? This looks like a piece of “Delfts Blauw” a kind of porcelain from the Netherlands. Nice photo and a great haiku going along with it.

  12. Blue Willow! I collect it 😉
Seems like it’s invaded the four corners of the earth 🙂

  13. A beautiful little discovery… thanks for sharing the love up-close:-)

  14. wow, that last line is killer awesome!

  15. Pretty. I wonder what it’s story would be.

  16. so pretty and all alone.

  17. What a wonderful find. Lovely picture

  18. Great find, impressive shot and words.

  19. What a lovely item it once was. Now, it looks sad. Thanks for playing today.

    Happy Blue Monday!

  20. So simple, but yet so meaningful. Love what your share.

  21. Very pretty shard. Cool find.

  22. My Mother in-law used to have that pattern and color. She has since passed on. So seeing your wee pic brings back good memories of a dear lady of nine children. She always had a clean house, kids and fine dinnerware.

  24. facileetbeaugusta

    very pretty

  25. I love blue and white china. What I see in the design is an owl, the 2 bright circles its eyes, with a white beak going down to the dark curve of it’s wing.
