  1. Hey, you know, a little rain and he is there.

  2. something about the worn arms of spent trees. this one found a haiku in you!

  3. The wilderness, this is where we grow, becoming our own orchard

  4. Imagine all the tiny beings that may reside inside these slowly disintegrating walls of wood. Imagine the support it gave to others when it was strong and high. Imagine it will eventually turn to dust and somehow begin life anew. Love this photo! Um..poor Kentucky farmer.

  5. I love the details in the wood, against the clouds!!

  6. Bela foto, ambiente seco…

  7. If he has faith, perhaps he should plant mustard seeds.

  8. That will be a formidable undertaking! Love the photo, and admire how you keep coming up with IDEAS and images. Yay!

  9. Kentucky farmer will have to wait a few weeks yet…Still snow on the ground here!!! Love the haiku!!! Yes! Wonderful! Have a grand weekend!!!

  10. There is such power in both your photo and haiku… growing up as a farmer’s daughter, I know this desire in my bones. Nature sometimes has other plans than that of us humans… I saw an article today that there are plans in the works to create a tropical rainforest beneath a dome in Dubai…

I guess the moral of the Dubai story is: With oil money, you can do anything!
