  1. In the arid desert, even the mere hint of rain gives us real hope as to life giving moisture. The sky is beautiful!

  2. I’m in Scottsdale and we had rain three days in a row this week and went to Prescott yesterday where it drizzled the whole time we were there. I’m back in Scottsdale now for three more days of warm (104) sunshine before heading back to the wet, chilly and grey Pacific Northwest. Beautiful photo!

  3. Here in Kalae, it is the opposite! Soggy lands! Beautiful sky and landscape image though.

  4. reminds me of biblical time and famine without water when I see pictures like this

  5. wishing you a lovely rainy day!

  6. Yep. We are looking with a great deal of hope at the edges of a hurricane that might pass by and leave us some moisture. Our trees here are looking wilted and browny-green, and it hurts to see them that way. Even the rivers in town are dried up. Maybe in a week.

  7. Such a beautiful sky drama evolving round the cast of earthy tones.

  8. beautiful sky, hope the rain comes.
