A brown paper bag,
clutched in a little girl’s hand,
hides the Milky Way.

Ahhh! How this made me smile, for al sorts of reasons!

  8. This is very poignant really! Sometimes one has to appreciate what is in front of one’s eyes and controllable rather than in a distance!

  10. so many things hidden in a brown paper bag…bkm

  11. How delightful! We have Milky Way chocolate bars here in Australia and that is of course the first thought on reading your haiku. But then of course there is the paper bag sky with clouds and the real Milky Way… And another layer any obscuring layer hiding some even more beautiful. Lovely!
