  1. I was not aware of blue Monday. I am going through my blue phase right now. Blue makes me happy.

  2. love the simplicity of this photo.

  3. it’s kinda cool and rustic

  4. is this the site for Blue Monday 2..? thanks

  5. You have always posted the very best photos to match the mood of the day. This is quite rustic. It has that vintage look. Poor birds, they must be hoping for a trip to Florida or somewhere that the snow is not falling. Thank you for stopping by and inviting me over. Jeanne is so lovely and I have missed here. Technology is great when it is working properly. My sister who lives in Pueblo but 120 miles South of Denver told me the National Weather Service said Colorado was covered in snow, Every single inch of our entire state! We had some warming but then the high winds came! Goodness, it isn’t even March yet! Have a great week and thanks for sharing the blues.

  7. this reminds me of our timeless Bengali fables of Tuntuni (weaver bird) and the cat….

  8. Smiles 🙂

  9. Well done! If only it could help out humanity!

  10. That wouldn’t work in Australia as bird boxes placed in trees for nesting native birds are often torn apart by stupid Galahs (also native birds) who rip them apart. Galah is a colloquial term here to mean Idiot!

  11. I’m glad for the birds that the cat never learned one should never give up.

  12. the cat gives up the search…the cat may just be pondering a new strategy…

  13. LOL, good on the enterprising birds for foiling Tom’s plans 🙂
