  1. They are amazing little birds. I find it almost unbelievable that they can nest in those cactus without getting spines stuck into them and yes they are noisy.

  6. Beautiful photo! I saw somewhere that Native Americans picked the cholla buds as a food source. Yes, those cactus wrens are indeed noisy!
