Remains of a ravaged bird, Yuma County, Arizona

A bird without its feathers
Is not going anywhere,
Although it longs for freedom
And for flying through the air.

A bird without its feathers
Is deceased, most probably,
And will never see the sun
That still shines on you and me.

  6. Poor bird the reality of nature

  9. Had the same view (almost) yesterday in my living room ! Rosie the cat was the culprit !
