      I met Peace Pilgrim at an intimate private gathering in Denver when I was a senior in high school a million years ago. I was crushed, some years later, when I heard she had been killed.

  9. Amazing person. To die in a car accident seems ironical when she spent most of her life walking for peace. Fitting tribute and lovely pic.
