Saguaros do not bloom at night;
In daytime they’re ever so bright.
Against a blue sky
They dazzle the eye—
O what a magnificent sight!

  1. Such beautiful buds on those cacti! My husband enjoys eating the cactus fruit.

  2. Lisa at Greenbow

    I love to see the birds and the bees as they sip the nectar. I am surprised they don’t open at night for moths to pollinate.

  3. Lovely poem and picture .
