  1. What a grand idea. Between knitting and reading I’ve been doing well! Sounds like you’re doing well too!

I can never get enough time to read, even now! Thanks for stopping by, Cathy.

  2. I love little libraries! I share books in them at them and find books in them. Stay well!

  3. We have one of those in our street. Not as fancy tho. I’m very proud I managed to do the two prompts in 1 photo for the first time!!!

  4. Stopping by, it has been a long while thankful to see you here. Have a wonderful week.

  5. My fast fingers! I love the little libraries. What a joy have not seen one for a while. I would love to see one in my neighborhood. Thank you again.

  6. A most wonderful idea! 😀 We must take time out for reading 💝

  7. I can well understand that project, I still luv the aesthetic of holding a book in hand to read rather that reading e books
    Happy Wednesday

  8. YAY! Love these little libraries. It’s also a grand way of exchanging books with neighbours and friends, we usually do this during summer holidays in the countryside. 🙂 Happy Reading!

  9. In my smallish city, in my neighborhood we have three little libraries. I love using them and making contributions! Nice writing.

  10. Beverly Crawford

I love the thought of the little libraries. There are, of course, none in my large city, but weekly bridge games were always a time for book discussion and exchange. My bridge friends have all “graduated to what comes next”. I miss them and our book exchanges. Thank you for reminding me of those pleasant times.

  11. First of all, I LOVE the Little Free Library! One day, I hope to start something like that–at the moment, I leave books on a bunch in my building’s foyer (but it’s not the same thing). And, I so agree, a well told story can do all kinds of things for a quarantined soul.

  12. Kestril Trueseeker

We have several Little Free Libraries around in my town. The nearest one is near the playground, along the route my husband and I take to walk our dog.

  13. A nice reminder! We have one of those too.

  14. A good book is a panacea for everything!

  15. We have one in our neighborhood, and my granddaughter loves it! Especially true with our public library closed.
