A summer pilgrim
slogging through waves of white sand—
how aloof she seems!
 
~~ ~~ ~~
 
temporary waves
surging through the summer sand
only to subside
 
~~ ~~ ~~
 
waves of summer sand
erasing the pilgrim’s path
one whole day and night
