    I never cease to be amazed by our Creator. He allows even the plants in the harshest environs to have their shining moment. These blossoms show us that even the cactus has it’s softer side. Well done.

    the Beavertail Cactus is so much prettier than its name! holy presence is the fire brings to my mind Moses and the burning bush.

    Ah, the desert is an unappealing grayish/brownish hue in the summer – a tad monochromatic. However in Spring, the vibrant colors add a fiery splash of color to the scene. Bright and bold pastels add a wonderful artistry to the Sonoran. So nice!
