Playing her part

She quiets her mind and opens her arms,
Embracing the ocean and stars;
Even the planets draw near as she breathes
And blesses both Venus and Mars.

Yoga sustains her day in and day out,
A peace settles over her soul;
She’s playing her part, although it is small,
Her part in the glorious whole.

  1. So appropriate for yoga day. Beautiful.

  2. How beautifully she plays her part! This is very calming.

  3. I can so easily relate to the importance of even the tiniest breath in the schema of life

    much love…

  4. I believe this has a very important part in balancing the more negative energy. Nicely done.

  5. If we each play our part, breathe, and send love out into the universe maybe, just maybe, we can make a difference! Beautiful words.

  6. Incredibly penned!❤️

  7. Beautifully written and the photo was inspiring too.

  8. I like to think I play my part each day, breathing in life …

  9. Rosemary Nissen-Wade

    Yes indeed. Whatever we do shifts the energy of the whole; good if we can do it consciously and positively.
