Blue Monday: Saguaro Forest

DSC_0285
Saguaro cactus “forest,” Pinal County, Arizona

Saguaros stand guard through the night,
Ensuring the desert’s all right,
So when morning comes
(Without roll of drums)
The landscape appears calm and bright.
