Blue Monday: Barrel Cactus

Photobucket
Barrel cactus, Anza-Borrego Desert State Park, Southern California.

High above the cactuses in the clear blue sky
Winter rainclouds sometimes come, sometimes multiply.
Not today, however, there’s not a cloud in sight;
Perfect for the cactuses: hot and dry and bright!

  1. Now that is one big cactus. Never saw one this big.

  2. Thank you for hosting. Your photo will not load for my computer 😦

  3. Love furry looking cactuses!
